Our Founder
Driven by a commitment to equity and measurable outcomes, our founder started Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center to close gaps in access and quality. From the beginning, the vision was simple: early support, clear goals, and family partnership that changes trajectories.
Today, ELNC blends data-driven practices with compassionate care helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills that carry into school and life.

Leads clinical quality and designs data-driven, family-centered programs.

Implements individualized programs and mentors RBTs to ensure fidelity.

Supports organizational management including training and community ourteach.
