Open Roles

 

 

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

 

Provide 1:1 support implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

 

Core responsibilities

 

  • Implement skill‑building and behavior‑support procedures with fidelity
  • Collect and graph data in real time; communicate progress and needs
  • Support functional communication (FCT) and daily living skills
  • Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
  • Prepare session materials; complete timely, accurate session notes
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and the clinical team

 

Qualifications

 

  • HS diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred
  • RBT credential required
  • Reliable transportation; comfort working in homes/schools
  • Professionalism, empathy, and strong communication
  • Ability to lift 25–35 lbs and engage in active play as needed
  • Schedule & location: Part‑time and full‑time options; weekday, evening, and some weekend availability; Baltimore metro area.

 

 

 

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

 

Lead clinical programming and supervision to support meaningful gains in communication, social, and adaptive skills.

 

Core responsibilities

 

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP/AFLS or similar) and functional behavior assessments
  • Design and monitor treatment goals; maintain high treatment fidelity
  • Supervise and coach BTs/RBTs; deliver family training and caregiver coaching
  • Collaborate with schools and community partners; attend IEPs as appropriate
  • Ensure high‑quality documentation, data review, and progress reporting
  • Uphold ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements

 

Qualifications

 

  • Master’s in ABA or related field; BCBA certification required
  • Maryland LBA (or eligibility to obtain promptly)
  • Strong supervision skills, cultural humility, and teamwork
  • Experience with clinic‑home‑school generalization preferred
  • Schedule & location: Full‑time with occasional evening availability; primarily Baltimore area with some travel to client locations.

 

 

 

Intake Coordinator (Client Services)

 

Serve as a welcoming first contact for families; manage inquiries, benefits verification, and scheduling to ensure a smooth start.

 

Core responsibilities

 

  • Respond to referrals; guide families through the intake process
  • Coordinate benefits verification and prior authorizations
  • Schedule assessments, services, and family training
  • Maintain accurate records in the practice management/EMR system
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to support timely starts of care

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1–2 years in healthcare/behavioral health admin or scheduling
  • Detail‑oriented, compassionate communicator; bilingual a plus
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance basics preferred
  • Schedule & location: Full‑time; clinic‑based with some hybrid flexibility.
